Heathfield Lacrosse Camp

On Wednesday 8th May Year 5 went to Heathfield School in Ascot to practise their lacrosse skills. We were organised into teams at the beginning and we completed various games and tasks to gain points and confidence. It was fun to team up with children from other schools and make new friends.

We learnt how to hold the stick, pick up the ball, throw and catch.

At the end we had tea in the theatre while the winners were announced. The winning team (number 2) won. Amelie and Liza were part of this teamand both of them received medals from the Headmistress.

Overall it was a fun experience and a great introduction to lacrosse.
