The Snow Queen Glendowerites

On Sunday evening, I attended a performance of the Snow Queen at the Shaftesbury Theatre in the West End which was put on by Francis Holland School, SW1. Several old ‘Glendowerites’ were performing: Darya (Snow Queen, Y12), Adelina (Prince, Y11) and Sofia (Narcissus & Robber, Y8). It was a truly impressive performance and all the girls and the audience enjoyed it immensely. It is wonderful to see how the strong foundations we give the girls (in this case in music and the performing arts) are continued as they move on to their senior schools.
