Netball Camp with Shantel Salter

On Saturday 1st December 2018, the year 5 and 6 squad and club girls had an early morning wake to attend our netball master class with Jamaican international, Shantel Salter. We worked on defending and different ways we could try and intercept the ball. It was a fantastic experience for us to be able to learn from an elite athlete. We played a game at the end and Shantel was so impressed with both our attacking and defending. At the end of our session, we asked Shantel some questions and had a team photo with her. We can’t wait until our next master class in February, we wonder what international we will have next time.
