Remembrance Day

2020-11-11

On Wednesday 11th November, Glendower fell silent at 11.00 to mark and honor Remembrance Day. Staff and students listened to ‘The Last Post’ performed by Mr Marley. This was followed by some readings from Year Six Students. As always, Glendower have been supporting the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal and want to thank all students and parents for their very generous donations.

Well done to Emilia in Year Three for creating this beautiful pop-up card in honor of Remembrance Day as part of her Takeway Homework.
