New Year’s Resolutions

2020-01-13

On Monday, we were all fortunate enough to be joined by Reverend Jenny Welsh who discussed New Year’s resolutions with us. We began by sharing our own resolutions, which included actions such as improving our netball skills and practising the piano more regularly. Reverend Walsh then highlighted that the New Year was an opportunity for us all to help and improve more than ourselves and to consider broader reaching aims. This provided us with the chance to consider resolutions such as supporting the environment, our friends and our wider community. This was an interesting occasion to think about how we can use the New Year spirit to make the biggest impact, and we will consider this for the rest of the year and 2021.
